| Abstract: | This article deals with the features of the creative manner of Mykola Lukash as the famous Ukrainian translator from more than 12 languages. Special attention is paid to the different modern meanings about theory and practice of translations, differences between Ukrainian and English languages, ways of rendering phraseological units, realies, verbal images, peculiarities of prosodic and syntactic organisation of Lukash’s translations. This article shows the necessity and importance of learning the creative maimer of Mykola Lukash for Ukrainian linguistic sciences. |
