Система природоохоронних заходів щодо збереження рідкісних лісових видів рослин відповідно до менеджмент-плану НПП " Кременецькі гори"

Abstract

Охарактеризовано закономірності дослідження лісових фітоценозів на території національного парку «Кременецькі гори». Описано вплив природних умов на поширення рослинних угруповань. Наведено систему природоохоронних заходів щодо охорони та збереження рідкісних лісових видів рослин, розроблено менеджмент-план.

Описано влияние природных условий на распространение растительных группировок. Приведена система природоохранных мероприятий по охране и сохранению редких лесных видов растений, разработаны менеджмент-планы.

Protection of rare and endangered plant species is an integral part of a more general problem - the conservation and restoration of the natural environment and the rational use of its wealth and resources. The study of the natural environment and the natural environment of the Kremenets Mountains National Nature Park is quite important for little-known a problem. Particularly valuable for science are unique forest areas with relic vegetation, typical the outcrop of chalk with the remains of the Turonian fauna. The article presents the results of researches that consisted in the formation of the present state of populations of rare plant species and the development of specific environmental conservation recommendations (management plan) for their conservation and protection. The regularities of the study of forest phytocoenoses in the territory of the National Park «Kremenets mountains» are described. The influence of natural conditions on the distribution of plant groups is described. The system of environmental measures for the protection and conservation of rare forest species of plants is given. In order to achieve the maximum effect, prioritize and coordinate actions for the conservation of rare forest species in the National Park «Kremenets mountains», management plans have been drawn up, through which specific actions in this area of work have been identified. Among the main measures of protection and reproduction, monitoring is proposed at least 1 time in 3 years; collection of seeds with simultaneous sowing within the locality; cuttings in the area of growth of the species of all trees and shrubs, except birch; formation around the localities of control strips up to 15 m wide for the restoration of meadow-steppe vegetation and resistance to the expansion of trees and shrubs; Reintroduction to strengthen the structure and density of populations. Repatriation and reintroduction are also proposed for restoration and population creation in new places and subsequent annual monitoring. Such environmental measures provide an opportunity to respond promptly to external And internal changes, attracting interested people, organizations and resources for the reproduction and maintenance of natural phytocoenoses. The development and implementation of management plans will allow ensure the conservation and restoration of natural biodiversity, promote the development of national ecological network of Ukraine and the sustainable development of the regions.
