Професійно-технічна освіта за спеціальністю "зварник" в Польщі (на прикладі центру підготовки зварників компанії H. Cegielski – Poznan S. A.)

Abstract

Розглянуто питання, пов’язані з професійною підготовкою зварників на прикладі взірця польської промисловості, якою є компанія H. Cegielski – Poznań S. A. Вони включають процес підготовки, обсяг навчання залежно від умінь і навичок слухачів курсів, а також методи зварювання, яких навчають у Центрі підготовки зварників. На основі власного досвіду автором описано перешкоди і труднощі, з якими стикаються слухачі, котрі приступають до навчання на зварників, та запропоновано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення професійно-технічної освіти в Польщі.

Рассмотрены вопросы профессиональной подготовки сварщиков на примере образца польской промышленности, которым является компания H. Cegielski – Poznań S. A. Они включают процесс подготовки, объем обучения зависимо от умений и навыков слушателей курсов, а также методы сварки, которых учат в Центре подготовки сварщиков. На основе собственного опыта автором указаны трудности и препятствия, с которыми сталкиваются слушатели, приступающие к обучению сварщиков, и предложены рекомендации с целью усовершенствования профессионально-технического образования в Польше.

The article deals with the issues of vocational education of future welders. Specialists in this field in Poland are nowadays in demand. Thus, there is a need for organizing and running the learning process in the way, that it would meet the requirements of the labor market. A full range of welding trainings adapted to students’ abilities was launched at Welding Education Center in an icon of Polish industry, H. Cegielski – Pozna S. A. Professional training of welders has been the most successful out of all the programmes and projects running at this institution. The main barriers concerning the organization of training have been mentioned in this paper, and they include such problems in this regard as: little or no idea of the students as to their specific learning needs; difficulties for representatives of other professions in understanding technical fundamentals of studies; inadequate assessment of employees by their employers as to their level of competence. These issues are taken care of by the personnel of Welding Education Center at H. Cegielski – Poznaṅ S. A. In author’s opinion, the subjects, responsible for professional training of employees, have to become a structure element of the state system of vocational training and have financial support from the state budget. Certain measures are suggested to be taken by the government to change the current situation for the better, which, in author’s opinion, will ensure the rebirth of the vocational training in Poland.
