Віхи творчості Людмили Божко у діалозі вокальних культур

Abstract

У статті розглянуто творчу постать видатної української оперної співачки, професора і завідувачки кафедри сольного співу Львівської національної музичної академії імені М. В. Лисенка Людмили Божко. Здійснено своєрідний портрет мисткині крізь призму діалогу вокальних культур, ґрунтуючись на інформаційних матеріалах, отриманих з аналітичних, аудіо- та відео-джерел, а також із особистого інтерв’ю зі співачкою. Охарактеризовано взаємодію вокальних шкіл України, Большого театру та нових тенденцій розвитку вокального мистецтва і педагогіки у творчій біографії Л. Божко. Зроблено висновок, що, беручи участь у процесі конвергенції різних національних шкіл оперного виконавства, співачка сприяла увиразненню нових яскравих ознак високого мистецтва академічного вокалу в Україні.

В статье рассмотрена творческая личность выдающейся украинской оперной певицы, профессора и заведующей кафедрой сольного пения Львовской национальной музыкальной академии имени Н. В. Лысенко Людмилы Божко. Осуществлено своеобразный портрет художницы сквозь призму диалога вокальных культур, основываясь на информационных материалах, полученных из аналитических, аудио- и видео-источников, а также из личного интервью с певицей. Охарактеризовано взаимодействие вокальных школ Украины, Большого театра и новых тенденций развития вокального искусства и педагогики в творческой биографии Л. Божко. В исследовании сделан вывод, что, участвуя в процессе конвергенции различных национальных школ оперного исполнительства, певица способствовала росту выразительности новых ярких признаков высокого искусства академического вокала в Украине.

Lyudmila Bozhko’s creative figure as outstanding Ukrainian opera singer, professor and chief of the solo singing department of Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy is considered in this article. Emphasis is placed on the interpenetration vocal traditions at the artist’s biography. The modern space is characterized by rapid interpenetration of cultures that largely applies to the vocal art. The ability to learn and work in different countries creates conditions for artistic convergence. In this situation it is important to preserve those achievements that characterize national vocal mode. Carriers of this mode are the luminaries of Ukrainian vocal school, among them Lyudmila Bozhko, opera singer, professor of Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy. Artist’s creative figure considered in the light vocal dialogue of cultures based on materials obtained during personal interviews with the singer and on the basis of information, think, audio and video sources in the study. Performing work and educational activities of Lyudmila Bozhko shows a combination of acquisitions Kyiv and Lviv vocal schools. During his studies in the Petro Tchaikovsky Kiev State Conservatory L. Bozhko, that is owner of lyric-coloratura soprano, was the winner of the Republican (Ukrainian) Vocal Competition (1964, Kyiv). In 1965, the young singer was invited as a soloist of Lviv Opera and Ballet Theatre, which became the basis of professional stage experience. Along with the theatre, the singer collaborated with pop ensemble “Funny Violin” based by M. Skoryk. In the 1968–1975’s she was a soloist of the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow, toured many cities in Russia, England, Italy, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Cuba. Later, the singer once again became a soloist of Lviv Opera and Ballet Theatre (1975–1999), where she served many parties of Ukrainian (M. Lysenko, S. Gulak-Artemovskyi, V. Kyreyko, Y. Meytus, V. Gubarenko, B. Yanivskyi et al.) and foreign composers (G. Bizet, R. Wagner, K. M. Weber, J. Verdi, M. Glinka, G. Donizetti, R. Leoncavallo, W. A. Mozart, M. Rуmskyi-Korsakov, J. Puccini, P. Tchaikovskyi, S. Prokofiev et al.). In addition to theatrical activities L. Bozhko has performed extensively in chamber genre in this period. In particular, this artist made many concert performances of monoopera “Tenderness” by V. Hubarenko in Colomyia, Lugansk, Krasnodon and Kyiv in 1996–1997. In 1987 as the experienced singer she started teaching job at the Department of solo singing in Mykola Lysenko Lviv State Conservatory (now is the Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy), and she is its head today. Globalization of world society affected areas and vocal pedagogy. L. Bozhko is among those teachers who actively and successfully working with foreign students. The experience of many years of performing and teaching activities of the singer embodied in methodological developments for opera ensembles study aspects of chamber operas, operatic and chamber and vocal works of Ukrainian composers.
