Творча діяльність Богдана Торби на Самбірщині (друга половина ХХ – початок ХХІ століття)

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано творчий шлях Заслуженого працівника культури України, диригента, композитора, педагога Богдана Торби. Висвітлено роль митця у розвитку мистецького життя м. Самбора та регіону. Звернено увагу на його основний композиторський доробок та методику роботи з місцевими хоровими колективами.

Самбора и региона. Обращено внимание на его основной композиторский доработок и методику работы с местными хоровыми коллективами.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the creative work of the renowned culture worker, conductor, composer and pedagogue, Bohdan Torba. In particular, it describes his contribution to the development of the cultural and artistic life of Sambir and the district. Sambir district is rich in cultural life and local cultural workers, one of such artists is Bohdan Torba. Since Bohdan Torba’s early years of work at Sambir technical college, which prepared cultural-educational workers, the best traditions of artistic life were established, that fact was demonstrated by one of the artistic groups of the educational establishment. The choir created by Bohdan Ivanovych performed the popular arrangement of folk songs, original compositions: “Vechornytsi” by P. Nishchynsky, “Oh, poor is the seagull”, “Kozak is being carried” in M. Leontovych’s arrangement, “Shepherd” by Y.
