Освітній процес у недержавних вищих навчальних закладах підросійської України наприкінці ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст.

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню становлення, розвитку та функціонування громадських і приватних вищих навчальних закладів підросійської України наприкінці ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. На основі досягнень сучасної історіографії й джерельної бази проаналізовано стан наукової розробки проблеми, висвітлено передумови формування недержавної вищої школи, етапи її інституціоналізації та мережевого розгортання. Розкрито організаційно-правові засади діяльності недержавних закладів вищої освіти, особливості управління та фінансового забезпечення, охарактеризовано освітній процес, кадровий склад, контингент студентства й напрями професійної підготовки. Визначено роль громадських і приватних вищих навчальних закладів у модернізації системи вищої освіти підросійської України та їх історичне значення в розвитку освітнього процесу напр. ХІХ – на поч. ХХ ст.

This thesis examines the emergence, development, and operation of public and private institutions of higher education in Russian-ruled Ukraine in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Based on the achievements of contemporary historiography and the available source base, the thesis analyzes the state of academic research on the issue, highlights the preconditions for the formation of non-state higher education institutions, and examines the stages of their institutionalization and network expansion. The organizational and legal foundations of the activities of non-state higher education institutions, the specifics of their management and financial support are revealed, and the educational process, faculty composition, student body, and areas of professional training are characterized. The role of public and private higher education institutions in the modernization of the higher education system in Russian-ruled Ukraine and their historical significance in the development of the educational process in the late 19th – early 20th centuries are identified.
