Політика освіченого абсолютизму Габсбургів та її реалізація у слов’янських землях монархії в другій половині XVIII ст.

Abstract

У бакалаврській роботі досліджено політику освіченого абсолютизму у Габсбурзька монархія та особливості її реалізації у слов’янських регіонах у другій половині XVIII ст. Проаналізовано стан наукової розробки проблеми та джерельну базу дослідження, що включає нормативно-правові акти й адміністративні матеріали доби. Висвітлено соціально-політичні передумови реформ у слов’янських землях напередодні правління Марії Терезії та охарактеризовано основні напрями її реформаторської діяльності. Особливу увагу приділено механізмам упровадження принципів освіченого абсолютизму, зокрема централізації управління, кодифікації права та реформуванню освітньої системи. Розкрито специфіку імплементації реформ за правління Йосифа II у чеських, словацьких і південнослов’янських землях, а також їх соціально-правові та культурні наслідки.

The bachelor’s thesis examines the policy of Enlightened absolutism in the Habsburg Monarchy and the peculiarities of its implementation in the Slavic regions in the second half of the eighteenth century. The study analyzes the state of historiographical development of the problem and the source base, including legal acts and administrative documents of the period. It highlights the socio-political preconditions of reforms in the Slavic lands on the eve of the reign of Maria Theresa and characterizes the main directions of her reform policy. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of implementing the principles of enlightened absolutism, including administrative centralization, legal codification, and educational reform. The thesis also reveals the specific features of reform implementation during the reign of Joseph II in the Czech, Slovak, and South Slavic lands, as well as their socio-legal and cultural consequences.
