Планування розвитку територіальних громад (на прикладі Вишнівецької селищної громади Тернопільської області)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена питанню планування розвитку територіальних громад у системі наук про Землю. Розкрито теоретико методичні основи дослідження планування розвитку територіальних громад на засадах сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано просторовий потенціал та передумови геопланування на прикладі Вишнівецької селищної територіальної громади Тернопільської області. Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану землекористування у Вишнівецькій громаді, запропоновано основні напрями його оптимізації та виділено основні проблеми і перспективи її геопросторового розвитку.

The qualification work is dedicated to the issue of planning the development of territorial communities in the system of Earth sciences. The theoretical and methodological foundations of research into planning the development of territorial communities on the basis of sustainable development are revealed. The spatial potential and prerequisites of geoplanning are analyzed using the example of the Vyshnivets settlement territorial community of Ternopil region. An analysis of the current state of land use in the Vyshnivets community was carried out, the main directions of its optimization were proposed, and the main problems and prospects of its geospatial development were highlighted.
