Менеджмент саморозвитку керівників закладів освіти в сучасних умовах

Abstract

У роботі представлено результати дослідження менеджменту саморозвитку керівників закладів освіти: проаналізовано нормативну базу, що забезпечує роботу керівника закладу освіти; досліджено поняття «менеджмент саморозвитку» і «самоменеджмент» та уточнено ці поняття; охарактеризовано напрямки саморозвитку та технології самоменеджменту керівника закладу освіти; проаналізовано особливості менеджменту саморозвитку в практиці функціонування закладів освіти; обґрунтовано та апробовано модель системи менеджменту саморозвитку керівників закладів освіти у сучасних умовах, яка включає чотири взаємопов’язані компоненти і експериментально перевірено її ефективність. Представлено рекомендації щодо ефективного менеджменту саморозвитку керівників закладу освіти.

The thesis investigates the management of self-development of heads of educational institutions in the context of modern educational challenges. The regulatory framework governing the professional activity of educational managers has been analysed. The theoretical foundations of the concepts «self-development management» and «self-management» have been substantiated and clarified. The main directions, strategies and technologies for ensuring the self-development of heads of educational institutions have been systematized. A model of the self-development management system for heads of educational institutions has been theoretically developed and experimentally tested. The proposed model consists of four interrelated components; its effectiveness has been empirically verified during the experimental research. Based on the obtained results, practical recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of self-development management for heads of educational institutions have been formulated.
