Виклики трансформації туристично-рекреаційної сфери міста Трускавця: закинуті комплекси і недобудови

Abstract

It is noted that the tourism and recreation sector plays an important role in the development of the Truskavets TG in general and the city of Truskavets in particular, and is a guarantee of its future functioning. The development of the sector in the period 2014-2025 is characterised, and the stages of formation of abandoned tourism, recreation, sanatorium and health complexes and unfinished buildings are identified. It is noted that the full-scale invasion played a decisive role in deepening the stagnation caused by the ‘coronavirus cold’ and suspending the processes of its constructive structural transformation and modernisation in the direction of the European development vector. Using the example of the north-western part of Truskavets, the challenges of the proximity of abandoned complexes and unfinished buildings to functioning tourist and recreational complexes are revealed, and ways of integrating them into the economic complex of the territorial hromada are proposed.
