| Abstract: | The factors and transformations of regional labor markets in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale war are analyzed, such as mass migration, loss of labor capital, destruction of infrastructure, relocation of enterprises, change in labor market conditions, etc. Special attention is paid to the concepts of resilience and adaptability of regional labor markets as criteria for efficiency in crisis conditions. Directions for further research are outlined, in particular in the context of post-war recovery. |
