Abstract: | The dissertation research has solved an urgent scientific task of studying the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation of acting skills of future specialists in the performing arts by using training technologies in institutions of professional higher education. It has been established that acting is a special state of experiencing a role that can be achieved through training. In the course of analyzing the educational programs for the training of professional junior bachelors of artistic specialties in six institutions of professional higher education, the disciplines aimed at forming the above phenomenon are distinguished. It has been established that the disciplines (<Acting=, <Fundamentals of Acting=, <Stage Skills=, <Stage Plastic=, <Fundamentals of Stage Speech Culture=, <Stage Language=, <Actor's Work on the Image=) have the potential to implement various types of training: psychophysical, acting, role-playing, perceptually oriented, situational, reflective sensitivity training, etc. Particular attention is paid to the essence of acting training, which is a systematic and holistic process of developing and improving psychophysical skills necessary for a future stage actor. Its phased structure is presented: design, introductory, main, and final parts. As a result of generalization and systematization of scientific sources, the components of the formation of acting skills of future professional junior bachelors in the field of knowledge 02 Culture and Art (motivational and goal-oriented, cognitive and creative and reflective) are identified and the corresponding indicators are highlighted. In the course of the practical study of the acting skills of future specialists in the performing arts, the levels (low, medium and high) are characterized and diagnostic tools for assessing the state of its formation are selected. The organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effective formation of acting skills in future specialists in the performing arts using training technologies are substantiated: 1) the integrated use of training technologies in the educational process of training future actors; 2) taking into account the age and individual characteristics of student actors; 3) the formation of a creative educational environment of a professional higher education institution aimed at the creative development of future actors. Based on the use of pedagogical modeling, a structural model of the formation of acting skills of future professional junior bachelors using training technologies has been developed, which includes three blocks: methodological and targeted (goal; methodological approaches (systemic, personality-oriented, cultural, poly-artistic); didactic and specific principles of teaching); content and procedural (stages of acting skills formation; academic disciplines; training technologies; art-therapeutic relaxation training, acting training); performance and evaluation (components (motivational and goal-oriented, cognitive and activity, creative and reflective); levels (low, medium, high) and result). Organizational and pedagogical conditions ensure the effectiveness of the presented model. The potential of training technologies in the formation of acting skills of future specialists in the performing arts has been determined and it has been found that the advantages of using training technologies during practical training in institutions of professional higher education are the formation of an active life and professional position, reducing anxiety and self-doubt, and developing the creative abilities of student actors. In practical terms, the art-therapeutic relaxation training program <The Way to Yourself= and the Actor's Training have been developed and implemented in the educational process of art-related higher education institutions, and a set of Chinese Tai Chi Chuan exercises has been selected. To achieve quantitative and qualitative changes in the formation of acting skills in future professional junior bachelors of the field of knowledge 02 Culture and Art, an experiment was conducted, which included a statement, formative and control stages. In the course of the experimental study, the initial and final state of formation of the motivational and goal-oriented, cognitive and activity, creative and reflective components of the acting skills of future specialists in the performing arts was determined; the effectiveness of the identified organizational and pedagogical conditions and the developed structural model of acting skills formation was experimentally tested; quantitative and qualitative analyzes of the results obtained were carried out using the methods of mathematical statistics. The conducted scientific research has theoretical significance for further study and solution of the problem of forming acting skills in future specialists of the performing arts and can be used by teachers to improve the professional training of future actors of the performing arts in institutions of professional higher education. The materials of the study can be used by scientists and teaching staff of institutions of professional higher education in preparing for training sessions and developing practical activities with future professional junior bachelors in institutions of professional higher education. The practical significance of the study lies in the development and implementation of the training art-therapeutic program <The Way to Yourself= and acting training in the professional training of future specialists in the performing arts. The diagnostic tools for studying the state of formation of acting skills of future professional junior bachelors in the field of knowledge 02 Culture and Art are selected. The organizational and pedagogical conditions that have a positive impact on the formation of acting skills of future specialists in the performing arts during professional training in institutions of professional higher education are substantiated and tested. A set of training technologies for the formation of acting skills in the study of the disciplines <Fundamentals of Acting=, <Acting=, and <Stage Skills= has been developed. A set of Chinese Taijiquan exercises has been selected. The main provisions, conclusions, literature sources of the dissertation research can be useful for scientific and pedagogical workers who provide professional training of future specialists in the performing arts in institutions of professional higher education. |
