| Abstract: | Skiing in modern conditions is one of the effective means of improving a person's physical health and development. The most popular, from the point of view of attracting the population of our country, is such a type of skiing as ski racing. In the system of physical education, cross-country skiing is, on the one hand, a sport for everyone, a mass means of recovery, all-round development, hardening, active recreation, professional and applied training for strenuous work, and on the other hand, it is a popular winter Olympic sport aimed at higher sports achievements. |
