Діяльність осередку НТШ у Тернополі (1998–2023 рр.)

Abstract

У публікації аналізуються основні етапи станов- лення та періоди діяльності Тернопільського осередку НТШ, з часу його започаткування у м. Тернополі за незалежної України (1996 р.) і до сьогодні. З’ясовуються організаційні заходи, що проводи- лися для зростання ТО НТШ, послідовність формування комісій осередку (філологічної, історичної, медичної, археологічної, мис- тецтвознавчої, інженерно-технічної, еколого-географічної), клю- чові напрями діяльності: заходи наукового, громадського, куль- турно-освітнього та видавничого характеру. Підкреслена роль голів ТО НТШ – Ігоря Ґерети та Михайла Андрейчина у розвитку Товариства, налагодженні співпраці з науково-освітніми, музей- ними, архівними інституціями міста й області. Названо знакові, важливі й актуальні події й заходи, проведені у зазначений період (1996–2023 рр.) за ініціативи голів осередку, голів комісій та чле- нів ТО НТШ.

In the article main stages of formation and periods of activity of the Ternopil branch of NTSh, since the time of its establishment (1996) in the city of Ternopil, when Ukraine reestablished its independency and up to today are analyzed. Organizational measures aimed at the growth of the Ternopil branch of the Shevchenko Scientific Society (NTSh), sequences of formation such committees as philological, historical, medical, archaeological, art historical, engineering and technical, ecological-geographical, key directions of activity encompass scientific, public, cultural-educational, and publishing initiatives, are studied. The prominent role of the heads of NTSh branches, Ihor Gereta and Mykhailo Andreichin, in the development of the Society and the establishment of cooperation with scientific, educational, museum and archival institutions in the city and region are emphasized. Notable, significant, and relevant events and initiatives carried out during the specified period (1996–2023) are mentioned, driven by the initiatives of branch heads, commission heads, and NTSh members.
