| Abstract: | The article analyzes external and internal factors influencing the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports. External factors include those that determine the content of training, determine the logic of behavior and self-development of the individual. Internal factors are attitudes, needs, interests that are formed in the conditions of the education market and determine their attitude towards themselves and the environment. |
