Abstract:	The article analyzes the peculiarities of the training of sports managers in the countries of Western Europe. It was found that the European model for training future sports managers is characterized by variability, continuity and continuity of education with the help of step-by-step construction of courses. Study plans determine the number of sections and their content for each stage of training. The educational process of sports managers is carried out at two educational and qualification levels – bachelor's and master's.
