| Abstract: | The article describes the characteristics of surface waters of the Khmelnytskyi city territorial community. The qualitative and quantitative indicators of the community's surface waters as of 2021 are analyzed. The water quality of the Pivdennyi Buh River within the Khmelnytskyi City Territorial Community for 2012-2021 was assessed using the methodology of environmental assessment of surface water quality in the relevant categories, and the dynamics of water quality indicators over a ten-year period was determined. The possible sources of anthropogenic impact on natural waters are analyzed and the main environmental problems are identified. |
