Концептуальні підходи формування готовності майбутніх учителів інформатики у системі неперервної освіти

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано проблему професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів інформатики у системі непе-рервної освіти. З’ясовано, що ця проблема відображає взаємозумовленість загальнотеоретичних концептів філософії, фундаментальних наукових теорій, педагогічних явищ, принципів і процесів, взаємодію методологічних підходів та рівнів методологування. Обґрунтовано, що впровадження концептуальних підходів уможливить досягнення сфор-мованості готовності майбутніх учителів інформатики до професійної діяльності із врахуванням системного, ком-петентнісного, діяльнісного, інтегративного, особистісно орієнтованого, рефлексивного, комунікативного, прак-сеологічного, акмеологічного, синергетичного підходів.

The article examines the theoretical aspects of conceptual approaches to the formation of the readiness of future informatics teachers in the system of continuing education. It has been analyzed that this problem requires improvement of the quality of education on an innovative basis, improvement of theoretical and methodological principles in accordance with the requirements of the time, effective implementation of didactic principles and methods of student-centered learning, development of scientific activity in the education of education seekers, improved pedagogical approaches, methods, didactic tools, means of formation of readiness of subjects of training for professional activity. It is noted that an important task, in this context, is to determine the theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of the professional training of future informatics teachers in the system of continuous education, which reveal its essence taking into account philosophical and psychological and pedago-gical scientific concepts, European concepts regarding the digitalization of the educational process and will contribute sub-stantiation of conceptual approaches to improving the quality of training of future specialists. It was found that the problem of forming the readiness of future computer science teachers in the system of continuous education reflects the interdependence of general theoretical concepts of philosophy, fundamental scientific theories, pedagogical phenomena, principles and processes, the interaction of methodological approaches and levels of methodology. It is substantiated that the implementation of con-ceptual approaches will make it possible to achieve the formation of the readiness of future informatics teachers in the system of continuous education for professional activity, taking into account systemic, competence, activity, integrative, personally oriented, reflective, communicative, phraseological, acmeological, synergistic approaches. We believe that the selected approaches as a whole reflect the relationship, interdependence and interaction of pedagogical phenomena, processes, methodological app-roaches, principles with the use of methodological levels of professional training of the future teacher, innovative methods, forms, methods that will contribute to the formation of the readiness of the formation of the readiness of future computer science teachers to professional activity.
