Abstract: | Anthropogenous pressure on the soils of Small Polissya for some last decades tends to increase. The results of researches of the impact of drained reclamations on sod-podzolic, sod and meadow soils of Small Polissya have been given, and their present agroecological condition has been analysed. Soil of Small Polissya have been subject to a number of changes due to drainage and constant intensive agricultural use which caused the deterioration of physical, physical-chemical and water-physical properties, the development of mechanical, agrophysical and biochemical degradation processes negatively affecting fertility of soil and the environment. A number of measures has been recommended, conservation in particular, of less productive and degraded soils for the period of some years in order to preserve soil-resourceful potential of Small Polissya. Implementation of adaptive-landscape agriculture has been proposed. |
