Критерії, показники та рівні сформованості готовності майбутніх соціальних працівників до педагогічної взаємодії

Abstract

У статті спроєктовано систему критеріїв, показників, рівнів вимірювання результативності процесу підготовки соціальних працівників до педагогічної взаємодії та визначено шкалу для подальшої емпіричної роботи. Доведено, що у процесі проєктування критеріїв і показників дослідження учені послуговуються теоретично обґрунтованою структурою досліджуваного процесу (діяльнісно-структурний підхід) або результату (результативно-структурний підхід) залежно від наукових інтересів і предмету пізнання. Відповідно до структури готовності майбутніх соціальних працівників до педагогічної взаємодії охарактеризовано особистісно-мотиваційний, змістово-когнітивний, діяльнісно-комунікативний, оцінно-рефлексивний критерії її вимірювання та відповідні показники. Описано авторську методику оцінювання рівня сформованості як окремих структурних компонентів готовності майбутніх соціальних працівників до педагогічної взаємодії, так і загальний рівень готовності майбутніх соціальних працівників до педагогічної взаємодії у процесі вивчення фахових дисциплін. Охарактеризовано високий, середній, низький рівні готовності.

The article projects a system of criteria, indicators, levels of measuring the effectiveness of the process of preparation of social workers for pedagogical interaction and defines a scale for further empirical work. It is stated that in the process of development of the criteria and indicators of research scientists use a theoretically defined structure of the researched process (activity-structural approach) or result (result-structural approach) depending on scientific interests and subject of knowledge. According to the structure of readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction, personal-motivational, semantic-cognitive, activity communicative, evaluative-reflexive criteria of its measurement and corresponding indicators are characterized. It describes the author’s method of assessing the level of formation of both individual structural components of the readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction and the general level of readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction in the study of professional disciplines. The result of the researched process is the readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction in the process of studying professional disciplines. High, medium, low levels of readiness are characterized. The high level is characterized by a high level of manifestation of all indicators: a high level of professional motivation; developed professionally significant personality qualities; inherent awareness of the level of their own readiness for pedagogical interaction in professional activities, etc. Sufficient and average levels reflect the uneven nature of the manifestation of individual criteria in the overall structure of readiness. The low level of readiness corresponds to the insufficient level of formation of most indicators.
