| Abstract: | В роботі розглядається проблема розвитку автономії закладу загальної середньої освіти в умовах змін. Зокрема розглянуто поняття «автономія» у законодавчому контексті. Виділено види автономії закладу освіти, серед яких: академічна, організаційна, кадрова, фінансова. Обґрунтовано їх сутність. Подано пропозиції щодо посилення автономії закладу.
