Концепт «голод» у творчості Уласа Самчука

Abstract

Статтю присвячено вивченню особливостей вербалізації концепту «голод» на матеріалі роману-хроніки Уласа Самчука «Марія». Зосереджено увагу на основних виявах аналізованого макроконцепту. З’ясовано основні мікроконцепти, семантичні вузли, індивідуально-авторські номінації, лексеми-вербалізатори.

The article deals with the study of verbalization features of the concept of famine based on the material of the novel-chronicle «Maria» by Ulas Samchuk. The work is focused on the main highlights of the analyzed concept. The basic micro-concepts, semantic nodes, individual author nominations, and lexical verbalizers have been found and characterized within the Ukrainian ethno-linguistic culture; semanticconnotative features have been traced. The concept of famine in the work «Maria» by Ulas Samchuk is positioned as a national macro concept, as it consists of a complex of micro concepts and semantic nodes, as well as a maximum concept, due to the highlighted encyclopedic application. The prospects for further research are seen in the study of the macro concept of famine based on the material of literary texts and ethnographic materials, providing modeling of a holistic nationallinguistic picture of the world of Ukrainians. Studying the concept of famine is an important step in understanding national consciousness of Ukrainians, ethno-cultural codes, archetypes and stereotypes.
