| Abstract: | The influence of higher concentrations of lead (0,2 and 0,5 mg/l) on the content of proteins and nucleic acids in liver, muscles and blood of two-year-old carps has been studied. After the 14-day acclimation a little decrease of the content of RNA in liver and muscles and DNA in liver and blood had been observed with the concentrations studied. While the content of general protein has increased in liver. As a result of the influence of lead ions the metabolic activity of the studied tissues has been changing. |
