Релігійно-духовні цінності як умотивовані потреби розвитку особистості студентів: історичний аспект

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано дефініції понять «духовний розвиток», «духовна мотивація», «духовна потреба». Зазначено, що важливим аспектом розвитку духовності є волевиявлення або прагнення людини працювати над собою, долати труднощі, підійматися до висот власних можливостей, творячи особисту духовність. Названо прізвища вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених, які досліджували проблему духовного розвитку особистості в різних аспектах. Проаналізовано мотиваційну основу духовного розвитку особистості, розкрито сутність мотивів та здійснено їх класифікацію на основі досліджень зарубіжних і вітчизняних науковців. Зазначено, що мотиваційна основа духовного розвитку особистості тісно пов’язана з поняттям «ставлення». З’ясовано, що індивідуально-цілісна система суб’єктивних оцінних ставлень людини до дійсності – це інтеріоризований досвід взаємин з іншими, а також досвід різноманітної діяльності, яка є важливою складовою частиною особистості. Охарактеризовано теологічні положення та релігійно-духовні цінності як родові потреби особистості в морально-духовній довершеності. Проаналізовано найважливіші духовно-релігійні цінності: цінність любові, ціннісний принцип толерантності (терпимості), цінність пошанування батьків, цінність подружньої вірності, християнську заповідь «Не вкради», християнську чесноту «Люби ворогів своїх». Зазначено, що важливим засобом виховання студентів є моральний закон, що був даний Всевишнім і викладений у десяти заповідях, які відзначаються гідністю, святістю й чистотою. Наголошено, що в сучасних умовах Україно-Європейського вектору завдання гуманізації освіти й виховання повинні бути безпосередньо пов’язані з інтеграцією релігійних уявлень студентів у гуманістичну парадигму.

The article describes the definitions of the following terms “spiritual development”, “spiritual motivation”, “spiritual need”. The article states that an important aspect of spirituality development is the expression of will or human desire for self-improvement, desire to overcome difficulties and desire to rise to the threshold of their own capabilities and developing personal spirituality. The article names Ukrainian and foreign scientists who have studied the question of individual spiritual development in various aspects. The article analyzes the motivational basis of individual spiritual development and discloses the essence of motives classifying them on the basis of foreign and Ukrainian scientists. It is noted that the motivational basis of the individual spiritual development is closely related to the concept of “attitude”. It has been found that the individual-holistic system of human subjective evaluation of attitudes to reality is an internalized experience of human relationships, as well as the various activities experience that make an important component of personality. The article characterizes theological assertion, religious and spiritual values as the individual ancestral needs in the moral and spiritual perfection. The most important spiritual and religious values such as the value of love, the value of tolerance, the value of honoring parents, the value of marital fidelity, the Christian commandment “Thou shalt not steal”, the Christian value “Love your enemies” have been analyzed. The article emphasizes that an important tool of students’ education is the moral law which is set in the Ten Commandments that proclaim dignity, holiness and purity. Moreover, it is emphasized that during current Ukraine's European vector the tasks of education humanization should be directly related to the integration of students’ religious ideas into the humanistic paradigm.
