Корифеї вокального мистецтва Прикарпаття (до 40-річчя чоловічого вокального ансамблю «Легінь»)

Abstract

У статті досліджено історію та мистецьку діяльність чоловічого вокального квартету «Легінь». Розглянуто та проаналізовано основні принципи його вокальноансамблевого виконавства.

В статье исследована история и художественная деятельность мужского вокального квартета «Легинь». Рассмотрены и проанализированы главные принципы его вокальноансамблевого исполнительства.

The article is devoted to the double anniversary of men’s choir «Lehin» (the 40th anniversary of the artistic work of the group and 70th anniversary of all its members). The creative team of male vocal ensemble «Lehin», which works more than forty years in the same composition, combining artistic elite Carpathians – Peter Cholovskіу, Michael Slywotzky, Orestes Shulyar, George Serhanyuk – who does not stay indifferent to the fate and future of the people concerned with the problem of spirituality. They are not only talented singers, but at the same bright scientists and talented teachers who generously share their knowledge and skills with students. Analyzing the basic principles of vocal and ensemble performance male vocal quartet «Lehin» it should be noted that: – the emergence of audio, video, computers, there are changes in trend ensembles, vocal art to theatrical and entertainment. Vocals, plastics, choreography, word, are combined with drama and shall light decorations and various technical effects. The rapid increase in various trends, styles and modern vocal performance requires analyzing, organizing and summarizing the main effects of these processes, the creation of a professional approach to them. Thus, the formation of strategic direction and vocal ensemble schools must be developed in the future vocal performers’ skills; – vocal and stage performing of «Lehin» are based on the classic skills of forming of the natural ensemble (ensembles and chords formed during combination of tessitura voices in the same situation). It should be noted that performers’ professional skills in the use of ensemble chords do not need artificial ensemble that arise in the case when combined voices that are different in tessitura conditions. Alignment of awkward in relation of tessitura chords is complicated by the fact that nuance is the same for all the voices and binding; – the relevant aspect of the article is to study the history and art of the male vocal quartet «Lehin» which pursuing an active concert touring and promoting Ukrainian vocal art not only in Ukraine but also abroad, played a major role in the preservation and dissemination of national vocalensemble culture. Today this group is known by only a few publications in the press («Soviet Ukraine», «Carpathian truth», «Culture and Life», etc.), so this work is the first in which there is an attempt to comprehensively highlight such issues.
