| Abstract: | The article deals with the problem of the development of gender education as a priority area of sociohumanitarian Ukrainian state policy to ensure gender equality. The current tendencies of modern gender strategies in the educational national policy of equality as a humanitarian component of safety of public life have been analysed. The conceptual model, the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the formation of an egalitarian personality of a future teacher have been given. The meaning of the concept of “egalitarian personality” has been defined. Innovative techniques of psychological and pedagogical support of the professional formation of future teachers based on gender equality have been developed. |
