Обґрунтування необхідності формування спеціальних умінь у майбутніх фахівців у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано доцільність формування спеціальних умінь у майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери у процесі професійної підготовки. З’ясовано, що уміння доцільно розглядати як творчу діяльність, що базується на основі сформованих знань. Уміння поділяють на дві групи: загальні та спеціальні. Спеціальні уміння закладають основу для опанування конативною складовою професійної діяльності у соціальній сфері. Проаналізовано підходи науковців до спектру спеціальних умінь, якими повинні опанувати майбутні фахівці. Запропоновано авторське бачення сутності спеціальних умінь з огляду на основні сфери професійної діяльності фахівців соціальної сфери.

В статье обоснована целесообразность формирования специальных умений у будущих специалистов социальной сферы в процессе профессиональной подготовки. Выяснено, что умения целесообразно рассматривать как творческую деятельность, в основе которой лежит система сложившихся знаний. Умение разделяют на две группы: общие и специальные. Специальные умения закладывают основу для овладения конативной составляющей профессиональной деятельности в социальной сфере. Проанализированы подходы ученых к спектру специальных умений, которыми должны овладеть будущие специалисты. Предложено авторское видение сущности специальных умений, исходя из основных сфер профессиональной деятельности специалистов социальной сферы.

The focus of higher education is to create such a professional, who, while studying, has mastered special skills in the chosen profession. Professional training, in general context, involves mastering a set of specialized knowledge and practical skills. Theoretical knowledge is a cognitive basis of professional competence, and skills are the main practical landmarks. It has been found that skills are interpreted as the ability to perform certain actions properly on the basis of knowledge, skills and experience gained. We consider that a qualitative renewal of professional training is necessary. It is necessary to make radical changes in the formation of practical skills. Social scientists consider skills as the ability to apply the acquired professional knowledge in practice. Two groups of skills are distinguished: general and special. Special skills will form the basis for mastering the conative part of professional activity. General skills have been pointed out on the basis of generalization of the achievements of scientists, to which belong: gnostic; designing; constructive; leadership potential; communicative; critical appraisal; reflexive. To special skills belong the following: communicative; applied; leadership potential; analytical; pedagogical; ability to self-regulation. At the present stage of development of social policy in Ukraine, according to the main areas of future specialists’ activity, the list of special skills and their characteristics require an innovative approach. Thus, the general range of special skills should include such skills as: he analytical ones provide theoretical analysis of processes occurring in the society in general and social sphere in particular; the communicative ones are based on the ability to provide effective communication; the leadership potential is aimed at establishing practical activities with different categories of clients; the diagnostic ones give an opportunity to posit a social diagnosis prudently, to find out the problems and needs of the clients; the didactic ones provide the ability to convey acquired knowledge to their colleagues and clients; the designing ones help to develop the optimal ways to solve the problem of clients and predict the effects of social impact; the conflictologic ones presuppose the readiness to resolve conflict situations; the self-regulatory ones cover the ability to manage and control their personal emotional states effectively. Thus, the current social sphere of Ukraine needs such specialists who will not wait for the instructions, but will enter into their professional activity with the already formed creative, design-constructive and spiritual-personal experience on the basis of the formed range of special skills.
