Критерії, компоненти, рівні та показники результативності гуманітарної підготовки іноземних студентів - майбутніх лікарів

Abstract

У статті визначено співвідношення гуманітарної та професійної підготовки у ВНЗ України. Акцентовано увагу на ролі гуманітарної підготовки у формуванні всебічно розвиненої особистості майбутнього фахівця. Проаналізовано критерії, компоненти, рівні та показники результативності гуманітарної підготовки іноземних студентів-медиків.

The article deals with some aspects of outcome analysis of liberal education at medical university. Some works of researchers, who stuied problems of vocational and liberal training and education in higher educational establishments are described. The balance between liberal and vocational training at universities in Ukraine is defined in the article. The attention is focused on the role of liberal training in shaping a fully developed personality of the future specialist of medicine. One of the main goals of liberal education are: formation of foreign students-future doctors skills to use humanitarian knowledge in everyday life and in professional activities. The purpose of liberal training is to form the of sociocultural competence, which has a structure, consists of a set of components that are defined by certain characteristics-criteria. Some documents, which regulate the process of vocational and liberal training and education at medical universities are considered. It is defined, that the result of liberal training is sociocultural competence, which has its own peculiarities and sructure. The criteria, components, levels and indicators of sociocultural competence as a result of liberal training of foreign medical students are analyzed. For example, the criteria of effectiveness of liberal training are: the desire ofstudents to master the process ofsocio-cultural competence in the process of liberal training; formation of complex ofstudents’ theoretical knowledge in social sciences, the expansion of social and cultural outlook by studying the social sciences; the ability to analyze and use the acquired theoretical knowledge in professional activity; students’focus on self-development and self-improvement. The conclusion about scoring the liberal training effectiveness and necessity of further study of the problem is made.
