Abstract

Запропонована робота присвячена питанням управління в закладах освіти. У статті розглядаються вимоги до професійних та особистих якостей керівника сучасної освітньої організації. Дана стаття присвячена особливостям управління освітньою системою установи. У статті розглядаються особливості управління, принципи, етапи розвитку менеджменту в освітніх закладах, основні функції менеджменту, які реалізуються в системі управління освітнім закладом. На сьогодні менеджмент необхідний для освіти, так як за допомогою нього можуть бути прийняті комерційно вигідні рішення для освітніх організацій. Роль адміністрації полягає у відборі раціональних пропозицій для втілення їх в життя в освітньому закладі. В даний час, значення освіти має дуже високий рівень. Сьогодні менеджмент в освіті це система підходів і прийомів, форм, принципів і методів, які спрямовані на підвищення ефективності системи завдань, поставлених керівництвом школи чи іншого навчального закладу. Education is a major factor in the formation of society as a whole. Today, the system of education in Ukraine is characterized by profound contradictions. In modern education there is a paradoxical situation: the head does not have elementary knowledge about his functional duties - competencies, about the specifics of management in an educational institution learns from scientific and methodological literature on its own, but because of the lack of time and systematic in this case everything happens chaotically and in a hurry. Problems of educational institution such as the national character of management, insufficient development of backward linkages, lack of adaptability, flexibility, control, poor management of innovation processes indicate a discrepancy between requirements for quality management activities and the results of its real estate. In the currently existing conceptual approaches to the implementation of reforms in a number of major problem arises radical reform of the entire system of education. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to consider the stages of management development in educational institutions, to consider the main functions of management, which are implemented in the system of management of educational institutions. Methods.. The paper uses general scientific methods: comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis. The paper uses computer methods for processing and visualizing research results using the Microsoft Office program package. Results. In a situation where, for a long time, democratic and legal culture, culture of labor were generally excluded from the spectrum of personal and social values, the personnel management system needs to find psychological means of their recovery. The readiness and ability of the personnel management system to validate and implement these relationships in the pedagogical, pupil, and parent groups serves as the leading characteristic of management activity, and the possession of appropriate psychological means is the key to the effectiveness of management.
