| Abstract: | У статті описані соціально-педагогічні чинники становлення еґалітарної особистості майбутніх педагогів. Розроблена та апробована модель ґендерно-освітніх технологій у вищій школі є релевантною вимогам паритетності статей та оптимальною у підвищенні ґендерної культури студентської молоді. The article deals with the social and pedagogic factors of formation of egalitarian personality of a future teacher. The model of gender and educational technics in high school, which is relevant to the requirements of sex equality and optimal for increasing of gender culture of students, has been developed and tested. |
