Теорія і практика підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників до роботи утериторіальних громадах

Abstract

У дисертації здійснено історико-гносеологічний аналіз вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду соціальної роботи у територіальних громадах для визначення й уточнення основних понять дослідження. Висвітлено сутність і роль теорій та сучасних моделей соціальної роботи, схарактеризовано методи роботи соціального працівника у територіальній громаді. Обґрунтовано моделі професійної діяльності й особистості фахівця з соціальної роботи у громаді, змодельовано компетентнісну модель його підготовки у закладах вищої освіти. Вивчено сучасний стан підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників у вищій школі до роботи у територіальній громаді, схарактеризовано суть такої підготовки, визначено структурні компоненти, критерії оцінки та рівні сформованості у майбутніх соціальних працівників готовності до роботи у територіальній громаді. Теоретично обґрунтовано, розроблено та апробовано систему підготовки майбутніх фахівців із соціальної роботи у закладах вищої освіти до професійної діяльності у територіальній громаді, представлено її змістово-технологічне та навчально-методичне забезпечення на освітніх рівнях бакалавр і магістр; визначено організаційно-педагогічні умови.

В диссертации осуществлен историко-гносеологический анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта социальной работы в территориальных общинах для определения и уточнения основных понятий исследования. Освещены сущность и роль теорий и современных моделей социальной работы, охарактеризованы методы работы социального работника в территориальной общине. Обоснованы модели профессиональной деятельности и личности специалиста по социальной работе в общине; смоделирована компетентностная модель его подготовки в учреждениях высшего образования. Изучено современное состояние подготовки будущих социальных работников в высшей школе к работе в территориальной общине, охарактеризована сущность такой подготовки, определены структурные компоненты, критерии и уровни сформированности у будущих социальных работников готовности к работе в территориальной общине. Теоретически обоснована, разработана и апробирована система подготовки будущих специалистов по социальной работе в учреждениях высшего образования к профессиональной деятельности в территориальной общине, представлено ее содержательно-технологическое и учебно-методическое обеспечение на образовательных уровнях бакалавр и магистр, определены организационно-педагогические условия.

The basic approaches to the problem of social work organization in the territorial communities have been analyzed. The definitions of the basic concepts of research, such as «community», «territorial community», «untied territorial community», «social work in community», «community social worker» have been discussed and clarified. The historical and epistemological analysis of the development of social work in the territorial community given in domestic and foreign literature has been presented. Social work theories, modern perspectives, models and methods of social work in community are highlighted and classified. The peculiarities of their using with different categories of clients on the level of territorial community are described. The author’s models of social work in the territorial community (administrative model of social services provision, organizational development model and the model of the integrated social services provision) have been proposed. Their essence, main characteristics and peculiarities of application, basic principles, structural elements, forms and methods, techniques and stages of their realization have been highlighted. A model of professional activity and a model of territorial community social worker have been characterized. The main tasks, functions and roles of community social workers have been revealed; categories of clients-recipients of services have been defined. The expediency of introduction of two types of specialists at the level of territorial communities - administrators and direct providers of social services - as staff members of social agencies has been determined. The requirements to these professionals have been highlighted; the purpose, tasks of their activity, functional and role repertoire, professional duties and categories of clients have been described. The model of professional activity and the model of territorial community social worker enable to reflect the set of requirements to the level of professional, social competence of professionals, their personal development and qualities in the process of social work program licensing in higher educational institutions; promote the proper organization of the educational process, form of students’ readiness for the future professional activities. A competency model of future social workers training in higher educational institutions for the work in territorial community has been developed. It has been stated that the professional training of future social workers for the work in territorial community is part of the relevant professional training in the higher educational institutions in Ukraine; its content-technological, teachingmethodological support is determined by the specifies of social work in territorial community, the model of its organization, and the features of future professional activities. The level of the future social workers readiness for the specified type of activity has been assessed. The system of future social workers training for the work in the territorial community designed on the basis of model of professional activity and model of territorial community social worker implemented in all types of activities in the higher educational institutions, covers a set of interconnected blocks (conceptualtarget, structural-content, procedural, monitoring-corrective, productive-appraisal), involves the application of various teaching forms, methods, means, approaches. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of development of the future social workers readiness for the work in the territorial community are defined. They are the following: the development of positive vocational and professional motivation through involvement in vocational-oriented activities; implementation of innovative (context-based, research-oriented, problem-oriented and self-regulated) approaches in the educational process; modeling of professional activity for directing the process of preparation for the future profession; the complex use of various (independent, cultural leisure and volunteer) types of extra-curricular education. The results of the quasi-experimental study indicate the effectiveness of applying of the developed system of future social workers training for the work in territorial community and the feasibility of its implementation in the pilot higher educational institutions in Ukraine.
