Гуманітарний чинник в українсько-нідерландських відносинах у 1991–2016 рр.

Abstract

Автор аналізує гуманітарне співробітництво України та Королівства Нідерланди на сучасному етапі. Проаналізована діяльність уряду Нідерландів та гуманітарних фондів цієї країни в Україні. Розкрито співпрацю у культурній сфері, виділено здобутки кооперації у науковій та освітній сфері. Велика увага приділяється діяльності української діаспори в Нідерландах напередодні консультативного референдуму щодо асоціації України і ЄС.

The article analyzes the humanitarian cooperation between Ukraine and the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the end of XX century and the beginning of XXI century. The author shows the main aspects of cooperation between two countries and highlights the most noticeable examples of mutual work. The activities of the Netherlands government and the humanitarian funds of this country in Ukraine are considered in the framework of national strategy of the Netherlands. Special attention is given to transformation humanitarian aid policy after the annex of the Crimea by the Russian Federation and the beginning of the conflict in the east of Ukraine. Results of main projects in culture and science of mutual cooperation of both countries are given in the article. The positive effect of the Dutch financial support in the cultural sphere is researched and given the list of prizes received by Ukrainian artist. Author explains the variety of support in sphere of science by the Dutch government nowadays. The achievements of cooperation in the scientific and educational spheres were highlighted as the part of national policy of the Netherlands. Author emphasizes the problem of the dialog between two nations in sphere of returning of national values. In particular, the effect of the Koenigs Collections in Ukraine and the Scythian gold in the Netherlands on bilateral relations is analyzed. The difference in sphere of returning of national values between two countries is highlighted. Great attention is paid to the activity of the Ukrainian diaspora in the Netherlands on the eve of the consultative referendum on the association of Ukraine and the EU in this country. The analysis of successful action of Ukrainian citizens is given.
