Концептуальні основи формування професійного саморозвитку майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій

Abstract

У статті визначено концептуальні основи формування професійного саморозвитку майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій, а саме: провідну концептуальну ідею, теоретичний концепт, науково- методологічний концепт, методико-технологічний концепт. Здійснено аналіз досвіду проектування, моде¬лювання й оцінювання освітніх систем, їх місце в сучасних наукових дослідженнях вищої школи. Уста¬новлено, що структуроутворювальними методичними підходами в процесі формування професійного саморозвитку майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій є: гносеологічний, особистісний, діяльнісний, творчий, системний, компетентнісний, синергетичний, акмеологічний підходи. Визначено зміст професійної діяльності в процесі формування професійного саморозвитку майбутніх фахівців у галузі інформаційних технологій відповідно до нинішніх потреб суспільства.

В статье определены концептуальные основы формирования профессионального саморазвития будущих специалистов в области информационных технологий, а именно: ведущую концептуальную идею, теоретический концепт, научно-методологический концепт, методико-технологический концепт. Осуществлен анализ опыта проектирования, моделирования и оценки образовательных систем, их место в современных научных исследованиях высшей школы. Установлено, что структурообразующих методическими подходами в процессе формирования профессионального саморазвития будущих специалистов в области информационных технологий являются: гносеологический, личностный, деятельностный, творческий, системный, компетентностный, синергетический, акмеологический подходы. Определено содержание профессиональной деятельности в процессе формирования профессионального саморазвития будущих специалистов в области информационных технологий в соответствии с нынешних потребностей общества.

The methodological and technological concept involves the development and experimental testing of technology for the formation of professional self-development of future specialists in the field of information technology, the introduction of modern methods of diagnosing the investigated quality and the methodology for determining the effectiveness of this process at its various stages of conducting. The analysis of the experience of designing, modeling and evaluation of educational systems, their place in modern scientific researches of higher education is carried out. It is established that structured methodological approaches in the process of formation of professional self-development of future specialists in the field of information technologies are: epistemological, personal, activity, creative, systemic, competence, synergetic, and acmeological approaches. The content of professional activity in the process of formation of professional self-development of future specialists in the field of information technologies in accordance with the current needs of society is determined.
