dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the theoretical foundations of methodological approaches to professional self-development of future IT-specialists. The aspects of each approach to the formation of personal potential of future IT-professionals are characterized considering the specifics of self-development in Computer Sciences. Epistemological approach as well as personal, active, creative, systematic, competence, synergetic and acmeological approaches to the formation of professional self-development of future ITspecialists are considered in the article.
