Інституційна опіка дітей в окремих країнах Європейського Союзу: європейський досвід

Abstract

У статті висвітлено міжнародний досвід опіки над дітьми дошкільного віку відповідно до міжнародних документів Ради Європи. Окреслено інституційні форми опіки над дітьми, досвід організації та функціонування закладів опіки в окремих країнах ЄС після прийняття Лісабонської стратегії (2000), проаналізовано її показники у Польщі у контексті міжнародних документів, окреслено перспективні напрями їхнього розвитку та доцільність запозичення досвіду Нідерландів.

The article highlights the international experience of pre-school age children custody according to the international standards of the Council of Europe. It outlines the institutions of children custody, the experience of the organization and operation of an custody institutions in several EU countries after adoption of the Lisbon Strategy (2000). It analyzes institutional care of children in Poland with regards to the respective international document and examines the perspective directions of their development and feasibility of drawing the experience of the Netherlands.
