Підготовка майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації до соціальної адаптації школярів з церебральним паралічем

Abstract

У дисертації досліджено проблему підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації, які навчаються на факультетах фізичної культури зі спеціальності «Фізична реабілітація» до забезпечення соціальної адаптації школярів з церебральним паралічем. Розроблена, обґрунтована й експериментально апробована система підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації до зазначеної діяльності містить мету, завдання, зміст підготовки, принципи, форми, педагогічні контроль і умови їх ефективної реалізації, що здійснюються поетапно для досягнення мети. Обґрунтовано критерії і показники для визначення рівнів готовності студентів як результату їхньої підготовки до зазначеного виду професійної діяльності. Визначено й експериментально перевірено, що розроблені педагогічнні умови сприяють значному покращенню всіх компонентів готовності майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації до соціальної адаптації школярів з церебральним паралічем.

В диссертации исследована проблема подготовки будущих специалистов по физической реабилитации, которые учатся на факультетах физической культуры по специальности «Физическая реабилитация» к обеспечению социальной адаптации школьников с церебральным параличом. Разработана, обоснована и экспериментально апробирована система подготовки будущих специалистов по физической реабилитации к указанной деятельности содержит цели, задачи, содержание подготовки, принципы, методы, формы, педагогические контроль и условия их эффективной реализации, что осуществляются поэтапно для достижения цели. Обоснованы критерии и показатели для определения уровней готовности студентов как результата их подготовки к указанному виду профессиональной деятельности. Установлено и экспериментально проверено, что разработанные педагогические условия способствуют значительному улучшению всех компонентов готовности будущих специалистов по физической реабилитации в социальной адаптации школьников с церебральным параличом.

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of training of future physical rehabilitation specialists from the faculties of physical training, specialty "Physical rehabilitation" to ensure social adaptation of pupils with cerebral palsy. The developed, proved and experimentally tested system of training of future physical rehabilitation specialists to such an activity includes goals, objectives, content preparation, principles, forms, educational supervision and conditions of their effective implementation, carried out in stages to an end. The criteria and indicators for determining the level of readiness of students as a result of their preparation for this type of profession are proved. It is determined and experimentally verified that developed pedagogical conditions contribute to a significant improvement of all components of future physical rehabilitation specialists to social adaptation of pupils with cerebral palsy. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, components of future physical rehabilitation specialists to social adaptation of pupils with cerebral palsy (motivational, semantic, procedural, effective) and criteria, indicators, stages of readiness to implement this definite activity are defined in the thesis. Thus, one of the criteria is motivational and valuable, and its indicators - formation of steady interest in the implementation of social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy, motivation for innovative educational activities to address its appointed task during physical exercises at school, awareness of the importance of social adaptation for healthy living and activity of these children in society; cognitive and informative (knowledge of social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy; means, methods and conditions for implementation of physical exercises, peculiarities of positive impact of other activities on forming their adaptation, knowledge of basis of modeling of exercises to address the developmental, educational, health problems or adjusted content, specificity of training activities in terms of promoting social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy being at school). Indicators of productive and adjusted criterion are the following skills: to model content and realize it as a time limit and extracurricular forms of exercising; to ensure the relationships between these and other activities to achieve greater effect in forming social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy; to take into account abilities, capabilities, interests and desires of every child to achieve the maximum possible level of formation of social adaptation. State of readiness for social adaptation of pupils with cerebral palsy can meet high, middle or base lines. The system of training of future physical rehabilitation specialists to social adaptation of pupils with cerebral palsy, which predicts interconnection of principles, content, forms and pedagogical conditions of preparation and implemented control at each stage and its structural elements (components, criteria, indicators and stages of readiness) is modeled according to the results of this experiment and information of special literature. The content of training includes: study course "Social adaptation of pupils with cerebral palsy"; then - improving the existing knowledge and skills in the classroom with professionally-oriented courses using learning in subject’s developmental environment; early pedagogical practices – conducting special consultative workshops; passing the curriculum teaching practices; working out by each student a packet of visual and informative support for classes with pupils with cerebral palsy. However, each of these components of the system provides adequate means, methods and implemented in certain forms (lectures, seminars, practical workshops, study, separate and individual teaching and research tasks). The study does not solve all problems concerning training of future physical rehabilitation specialists to social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy during their studying at special school of general education. Further research should be directed to rethink approaches to the formation of readiness of future physical rehabilitation specialists to perform professional activities; to improve training content towards the formation of practical skills related to social adaptation of pupils with cerebral palsy, considering and using foreign experience.
