Створення Збройних сил Української Держави Павла Скоропадського

Abstract

Мета дослідження – проаналізувати політику Павла Скоропадського в процесі ство рення збройних сил та визначити головні досягнення й перешкоди. Методи дослідження базуються на двох основних принципах – історизму та об’єктивності. Перший вимагає від автора відмовитися від політичної оцінки, розглядати явище всебічно та під час аналізу емпіричного матеріалу враховувати конкретну історичну ситуацію. Принцип об’єктивності націлений на чітке окреслення взаємозв’язку між суб’єктом та об’єктом у процесі пізнання. Під час виконання курсової роботи використано такі методи: спеціально-історичні, а саме: порівняльно-історичний, історико-системний, проблемно-хро нологічний; загальнонаукові: індукція, дедукція, аналіз, синтез, порівняння, конкретизація, узагаль нення, систематизація. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в усебічному вивченні джерельної бази та літературних праць. До наукового обігу залучено суттєвий обсяг історичних відомостей, зібраних із друкованих видань, періодики, архівних фондів, а також наукових монографій та статей, присвяче них вивченню політичного курсу Павла Скоропадського. Здобуті висновки наукового розвідки мають вагоме значення для теоретичного осмислення процесу становлення Української Держави, зокрема формування її збройних сил як ключового елемента державотворчих зусиль. Висновки. Зазначені полі тики Павла Скоропадського сприяли формуванню більш упорядкованих та структурованих Збройних сил, здатних ефективно функціонувати в умовах тодішніх викликів і загроз. Утім, у боротьбі проти внутрішнього опонента, як-от Директорія, яка діяла переважно на ідеологічному фронті, армія Укра їнської Держави виявилася небоєздатною.

The purpose of the study to analyze the policy of Pavlo Skoropadsky in the process of creating the armed forces, and to identify the main achievements and obstacles. The research methods are based on two basic principles of historicism and objectivity. The first requires the author to abandon political assess ment, consider the phenomenon comprehensively and take into account the specific historical situation when analyzing empirical material. The principle of objectivity is aimed at clearly outlining the relationship between the subject and the object in the process of cognition. When performing the course work, the following methods were used: special-historical, namely: comparative-historical, historical-systemic, problem-chronological; general scientific: induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, comparison, specification, generalization, system atization. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive study of the source base and literary works. A significant amount of historical information collected from printed publications, periodicals, archival funds, as well as scientific monographs and articles devoted to the study of the political course of Pavlo Sko ropadskyi has been brought into scientific circulation. The conclusions of scientific intelligence are of great importance for the theoretical understanding of the process of formation of the Ukrainian State, in particular the formation of its armed forces as a key element of state-building efforts. Conclusions. The above-mentioned policies of Pavlo Skoropadsky contributed to the formation of a more orderly and structured Armed Forces, capable of functioning effectively in the conditions of the then challenges and threats. However, in the fight against an internal opponent, such as the Directory, which operated mainly on the ideological front, the army of the Ukrainian State turned out to be incapable of fighting.
