Внутрішня та зовнішня політика Норвегії за правління короля Гокона VII (1905–1957 рр.)

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито конституційні засади монархії Норвегії на початку ХХ ст. та визначено місце королівської влади в системі державного управління. Проаналізовано взаємини Гокона VII з парламентом і урядом, а також його дії в кризових ситуаціях, зокрема в роки Другої світової війни. Автор роботи окреслив вплив діяльності Гокона VII на формування сучасної моделі норвезької монархії та дослідив зовнішньополітичні пріоритети Норвегії за часів його правління: від здобуття незалежності, через Першу світову війну, міжвоєнний період і Другу світову війну, до післявоєнного розвитку. Крім того, у роботі оцінено значення зовнішньополітичної діяльності Гокона VII для міжнародного іміджу Норвегії та становлення системи колективної безпеки.

The qualification work reveals the constitutional principles of the Norwegian monarchy at the beginning of the 20th century. and determines the place of royal power in the system of public administration. The relationship of Haakon VII with the parliament and the government is analyzed, as well as his actions in crisis situations, in particular during the Second World War. The author of the work outlined the influence of Haakon VII's activities on the formation of the modern model of the Norwegian monarchy and examined the foreign policy priorities of Norway during his reign: from gaining independence, through the First World War, the interwar period and the Second World War, to post-war development. In addition, the work assesses the significance of Haakon VII's foreign policy activities for Norway's international image and the formation of a collective security system.
