Теоретичний аналіз понять «конфлікт» та «конфліктна поведінка особистості»

Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізу теоретичних засад дослідження конфліктної поведінки особистості та дотичних феноменів. Зокрема, розглянуто основні наукові підходи до вивчення конфлікту як психологічного та соціально-психологічного явища. Проаналізовано тенденції дослідження в економічних та соціальних науках. З’ясовано, що в найбільш широкому розумінні конфлікт розглядається як зіткнення інтересів, супер- ечності, що виникають унаслідок незадоволення людських потреб на різних рівнях ієрархії. У результаті теоретичного осягнення проблематики конфлікту з’ясовано нові тенденції в методології досліджень, що характеризується розглядом конфлікту як джерела нових можливостей. Виокремлене подеколи ототожнення понять «конфліктна поведінка» та «поведінка в конфлікті» зумо- вило необхідність чіткої операціоналізації зазначених дефініцій. У результаті аналізу теоретичних джерел визначено конфліктну поведінку як процес взаємодії людини з оточенням, що відображає переважальну схильність людини сприймати події навколишнього життя як такі, що загрожують її інтересам, а тому змушують вступати в конфронтацію. Проаналізовані сучасні дослідження поняття «конфліктна пове- дінки» демонструють наявність нерозв’язаних аспектів цієї проблеми, зокрема, диференціацію поведінко- вих та особистісних чинників такої поведінки. Теоретичні дослідження конфліктної поведінки в особистіс- ному векторі логічно виокремлюють теоретичну проблему конфліктності особистості або конфліктної особистості. У статті проаналізовано чинники, які зумовлюють конфліктну поведінку особистості. Результатом теоретичного осягнення проблеми конфліктної поведінки особистості стало виокремлення параметрів конфліктної поведінки.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the study of conflict behavior of the individual and related phenomena. In particular, the main scientific approaches to the study of conflict as a psychological and socio-psychological phenomenon are considered. Research trends in economic and social sciences are analyzed. It is found that in the broadest sense, conflict is viewed as a clash of interests, contradictions that arise as a result of dissatisfaction of human needs at different levels of the hierarchy. As a result of the theoretical understanding of the problem of conflict, new trends in research methodology are identified, characterized by considering conflict as a source of new opportunities. The sometimes identified identification of the concepts of “conflict behavior” and “behavior in conflict” has necessitated a clear operationalization of these definitions. As a result of the analysis of theoretical sources, conflict behavior has been defined as a process of human interaction with the environment, which reflects the predominant tendency of a person to perceive events in the surrounding life as threatening to his interests, thus forcing him to enter into confrontation. The analyzed modern studies of the concept of “conflict behavior” demonstrate the presence of unresolved aspects of this problem, in particular, the differentiation of behavioral and personal factors of such behavior. Theoretical studies of conflict behavior in the personal vector logically identify the theoretical problem of conflict of personality or conflict personality. The article analyzes the factors that determine the conflict behavior of a person. The result of the theoretical understanding of the problem of conflict behavior of a person was the identification of the parameters of conflict behavior.
