Формування безпекових компетентностей студентів спеціальності 061 Журналістика у фокусі викликів російсько-української війни

Abstract

У статті виокремлено фізичний, психологічний, цифровий, правовий складники безпекової парадигми сучасної вищої освіти, обґрунтовано нові вимоги до формування безпекових компетентностей здобувачів вищої освіти відповідно до змін у медійній практиці. Актуалізовано важливість безпекових компетентностей у процесі підготовки випускників спеціальності 061 Журналістика з огляду на виклики російсько-української війни, окреслено потребу їх переосмислення, а відтак унесення змін до освітньо-професійних програм, робочих навчальних програм та наповнення окремих фахових дисциплін. За результатами контент-аналізу освітніх та робочих програм підготовки бакалаврів журналістики в ТНПУ ім. В. Гнатюка упродовж 2019–2022 н. р. простежено тенденцію до поетапного збільшення аудиторної форми роботи в структурі окремих фахових дисциплін. Наголошено, що в її сегменті збільшено частку практичних занять, під час яких студенти в наближених до виробничих умов реаліях мають змогу глибше засвоїти теоретичний матеріал та відпрацювати фахові навички; з метою вироблення в студентів-журналістів навичок критичного мислення, введено медіаосвітній комплекс вибіркових дисциплін («Медіаосвіта» / «Інфомедійна грамотність» / «Інформаційна гігієна»); а також внесено зміни до чинних робочих програм окремих курсів, які спрямовані на відпрацювання алгоритму підготовки журналіста виконувати професійні завдання з урахуванням безпекового складника як на особистому, так і загальнодержавному рівнях. Виділено безпекові компетентності окремих дисциплін, які формуються наскрізно впродовж реалізації структури ОПП «Журналістика» та спрямовані на розвиток фахових компетентностей (hard skills) та соціально-психологічних умінь і навичок (soft skills), необхідних для оперативного реагування на актуальні потреби в майбутній професійній діяльності, запропоновано уточнення окремих із них.

The article singles out the physical, psychological, digital, and legal components of the security paradigm of modern higher education, substantiates the new requirements for the formation of security competencies of students of higher education in accordance with changes in media practice. The importance of security competencies in the process of training graduates of the specialty 061 Journalism in view of the challenges of the Russian-Ukrainian war is updated, the need for their rethinking is outlined, and therefore changes are made to educational and professional programs, work training programs and the filling of individual professional disciplines. According to the results of the content analysis of the educational and work programs for the preparation of bachelors in journalism at the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University during 2019-2022 academic years a trend towards a gradual increase in the classroom form of work in the structure of individual professional disciplines was observed. It is emphasized that in its segment the share of practical classes has been increased, during which students in realities close to production conditions have the opportunity to learn theoretical material more deeply and practice professional skills; in order to develop critical thinking skills in journalist students, a media education complex of selective disciplines was introduced ("Media education" / "Information literacy" / "Information hygiene"); as well as changes were made to the current work programs of individual courses, which are aimed at working out the algorithm for preparing a journalist to perform professional tasks taking into account the security component at both the personal and national levels. The security competences of individual disciplines are highlighted, which are formed throughout the implementation of the educational and professional program «Journalism» and are aimed at the development of professional competences (hard skills) and social and psychological abilities and skills (soft skills) necessary for prompt response to current needs in future professional activity, clarification of some of them is proposed.
