PERSPECTIVES OF THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE SOCIAL WORKERS IN THE SYSTEM OF THE MILITARY EDUCATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Challenges conditioned by the broad-scale aggression and annexation of a part of the Ukrainian territory by russia, condition, among other things, the topicality of the issue of the professional training of the social work officers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine that will facilitate the settlement of the problem of improving the efficiency of the realization of the social security and legal defense events and the social support for the servicemen and their family members. Despite the approaches to the implementation of NATO standards in all spheres of operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine declared by the Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the training of specialists in this sphere in the system of the military education of Ukraine is not realized. Considering the urgent social concerns in the military communities, it seems necessary to elaborate the unified views and launch the professional training of the social work officers in the higher military educational institutions, searching for efficient models of combining the general professional and military professional training considering the necessity of the acquisition of the special competences necessary for the social work officers for further activity in the military units and subdivisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
