Особливості розвитку педагогів, громадян та системи освіти Сінгапуру як зразкової у світі

Abstract

У статті розглядається освітня система Сінгапуру, яку наразі вважають зразковою у світі. Звертається увага на ідеологію освіти, особливості розвитку громадян та специфіку підвищення кваліфікації педагогів. Зазначено, що формула за якою працює система освіти в цій країні, трактується так: освіта - це знання і навички, помножені на ставлення до них. Наголошується, що ця країна вдало поєднала культурні, національні та економічні аспекти. Це дає їй підстави пишатися своїми здобутками, як найкращими у світі.

The article examines the education system of Singapore currently considered a role model in the world. Special attention is paid to the ideology of education, features of citizens' development and the specifics of teacher training. It is noted that the formula according to which the education system in this country operates is interpreted as follows: education is knowledge and skills multiplied by the attitude to them. This country has successfully combined cultural, national and economic aspects which provides the reason to be proud of its achievements as the best in the world.
