Виховання в молоді культури міжетнічних відносин як важливий напрям роботи соціального педагога

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми виховання у молоді культури міжетнічних відносин, розглянуто зміст та специфіку її розв’язання. На основі аналізу методологічних концепцій виокремлено компетентнісний, середовищний та системний загальнонаукові підходи до виховання молоді в полікультурному середовищі. Виявлено, що метою виховання культури міжетнічних відносин є налагодження механізмів підтримки демократичних принципів у міжетнічному діалозі та впровадження моделі мультикультурної демократії. Обґрунтовано ідею про те, що до основних принципів виховання у молоді культури міжетнічних відносин належать принцип культуровідповідності та принцип полікультурності. Доведено, що професійна діяльність соціального педагога в поліетнічному середовищі неможлива без знань культурних відмінностей, релігії та традицій представників етносів, які проживають на території України.

The article is dedicated to the substantiation of the problem of training in young people the culture of interethnic relations; differentiation of the content and the specifics of its solution. On the basis of methodological concepts analysis it is outlined the competence, environmental and systematic general scientific approaches to the training of young people in a multicultural environment. It is revealed that the aim of raising a culture of interethnic relations is establishing of mechanisms of democratic principles supporting in the interethnic dialogue and implementation of the multicultural democracy models. It is substantiated the idea that among the basic principles of training in youth the culture of interethnic relations are the principle of cultural accordance and the principle of variety of cultures. It is proven that professional activity of social pedagogue in a multiethnic environment is impossible without knowledge of cultural differences, religion and traditions of the representatives of the ethnic groups living on the territory of Ukraine.
