Зміст роботи соціального педагога в центрі соціально-психологічної реабілітації: досвід і перспективи

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми дитячої бездоглядності. Схарактеризовано основні причини (природні, організаційні, економічні, соціальні, культурні) та наслідки (ускладнення процесу соціалізації дитини, негативний вплив на її здоров’я, девіантна та злочинна поведінка) дитячої бездоглядності. Зазначено, що в Україні сформовано систему спеціальних установ для бездоглядних дітей, важливою складовою якої є центр соціально-психологічної реабілітації. Вказано, що особлива роль у налагодженні життєдіяльності безпритульних дітей у центрі соціально-психологічної реабілітації відводиться соціальному педагогу. Виділено функції та посадові обов’язки соціального педагога, описано алгоритм його діяльності. Визначено шляхи оптимізації вирішення проблеми дитячої бездоглядності та окреслено перспективи подальших наукових пошуків в означеній сфері.

The article substantiates the urgency of the problem of child neglect. Noted that socio-pedagogical work with neglected children is directed on creation of conditions for their comprehensive development and education, the spread of forms of family education, the implementation of training and retraining of parents-educators and foster parents, professionals, and institutions of social protection of children and organize a full-fledged independent life. The main cause (natural, institutional, economic, social, cultural) and the consequences (complications of the process of socialization of the child, the negative impact on her health, deviant and criminal behaviour) of child neglect. It is noted that in Ukraine formed a system of special institutions for neglected children, an important component of which is the center for socio-psychological rehabilitation. Stated that a special role in establishing the life of street children in centers for social and psychological rehabilitation is given to the social pedagogue. Pointed out that the main objectives are: to provide children with comprehensive social, psychological, pedagogical, medical, legal and other assistance; conducting psycho-pedagogical correction tailored to the individual needs of each child; creating conditions for children's education; promote the formation of children's own position in life to overcome antisocial behaviour; the implementation of labor adaptation of children based on their interests and capabilities; development of recommendations for teachers, social workers and parents highlight the functions and duties of the social teacher, the algorithm of his activities. Identified ways to optimize the solution of the problem of child neglect and outlines the prospects for further scientific research in the indicated area.
