Мова інтернет-версії регіональної газети: баланс факту й образу (на матеріалі видання «Вільне життя +»)

Abstract

Здійснено спробу довести доцільність поєднання в аналітичних і публіцистичних жур-налістських матеріалах фактажу та засобів образності. У публікаціях інтернет-версії тер-нопільської газети «Вільне життя +» виокремлено домінантні художні засоби та з’ясовано їх функційне призначення. Підтверджено, що загальною тенденцією матеріалів є поєднання стандарту й образності, що свідчить про «м’яку стандартизованість», яка забезпечує ди-ференціацію позиції редакції та думок авторів публікацій. Зроблено висновок, що використані тропи функціюють не як принцип формування змісту, а як елементи відображення події, явища, процесу, як складові суб’єктивного сприйняття автора паралельно із вичерпно пода-ним фактажем. Якісності контенту сприяє збалансованість інформаційних (факти) й образ-них (тропи) елементів.

Background: Among the standards of news journalism, one of the leading ones is the separation of facts from judgments, on the basis of which the presentation of information should be standardized and devoid of personal attitude. Therefore, the relevance of research is related to the correlation in journalistic materials of fact and means of imagery as resources of evaluation and expression, which have long been characteristic of the journalistic style. This aspect of journalistic creativity is little studied in scientific research. After all, the linguistic and stylistic features of each media are always a unique phenomenon. Purpose: The purpose is to review the figurative means of the online version of Ternopil newspaper «Free Life +» («Vilne zhyttia +») in terms of correlation with the mandatory component of journalistic material - factual. Results: The study indicates what information in journalism is considered factual; in the analyzed array of publications the dominant artistic means (types of comparison, metaphors, epithets) are singled out and their functional purpose is clarified. It is confirmed that the general trend of analytical and journalistic materials is a combination of standard and expression. This indicates a «soft standardization» that differentiates the position of the editors and the opinions of the authors of publications. It was found that the materials are devoid of negative (especially aggressive) content, the textual connotation of formality, sublimity, patriotism, humor, irony prevails. Discussion: In general, artistic means in the analyzed material are used expediently. First, the tropes presented not as a principle of content formation, but as elements of reflection of the author's perception of the event, phenomenon, process in parallel with the exhaustively presented fact. Second, they reflect the personal attitudes of journalists to certain issues, but are not evidence of bias. The quality of the content of the regional newspaper (including the online version) is facilitated by the balance of information (fact) and figurative (trope) elements.
