Фінансовий капітал та його становлення в умовах глобалізації економіки

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягає в розробленні напрямів удосконалення фінансового капіталу України із врахуванням глобальної трансформації фінансових ринків. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що зараз економіка потребує все менше фінансових вкладень, а для ефективної роботи використовують= ся інформаційний та людський капітал. Аналізуючи внутрішній розвиток фінансового капіталу, можна дійти висновку про те, що він не є ефективним через неможливість фінансового ринку підтримати розви= ток реального виробництва. Глобалізаційні процеси повинні зумовити розвиток банківського сектору, який надаватиме більш вигідні пропозиції бізнесу для оновлення капіталів. Розвиток фінансових капі= талів необхідно будувати венчурним методом, тобто шляхом залучення іноземних чи вітчизняних інвес= торів у фінансування бізнесу. Це дозволить розвивати інноваційний потенціал вітчизняного бізнесу, а також отримати достатнє фінансування для розширення фінансових капіталів в Україні

The study is devoted to analyzing the formation of financial capital and evaluating its development in the context of globalization processes. The purpose of the study is to develop areas for improving the financial capital of Ukraine, taking into account the global transformation of financial markets. The subject of the study is the financial capital of Ukrainian enterprises. To obtain the results of the study, the methods of statistical analysis of the latest reporting of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine on the activities of economic entities for 2019 were used. The study's relevance is determined by the dynamics of financial capital development in the world and the current need of economic entities of Ukraine in the development of financial markets and, accordingly, the formation of effective financial capital. The study found that the structure of financial capital in Ukraine has undergone significant changes over the past 100 years; the leading sector of financial capital accumulation today is industry and trade, leaving agriculture and transportation in the background. Given the active development of industry, enterprises lack financial resources for capital renewal, directing financial capital to non=capital — in current assets, due to the increasing role of trade in the economy. As for the correspondence of the development of financial capital to the development of the real economy, it should be noted that now the economy needs less and less financial investment, and information and human capital are used for effective work. Analyzing the internal development of financial capital, we can conclude that it is not effective due to the inability of the financial market to support the development of real production. Globalization processes will lead to the development of the banking sector, which will provide more profitable business offers for capital renewal. In the context of globalization processes, the development of financial capital is ensured through the work of transnational companies, which through foreign direct investment, invest in the renewal and opening of new production facilities or units in Ukraine. That is why the development of financial capital should be built by the venture method, ie, by attracting foreign or domestic investors to finance business. It will develop the innovative potential of domestic business and obtain sufficient funding for the expansion of financial capital in Ukraine.
