Структура, критерії та показники рівнів сформованості готовності майбутніх економістів у коледжах до професійної діяльності

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему формування готовності до професійної діяльності. Виявлено суть цієї категорії. Виділено компоненти готовності майбутнього економіста до професійної діяльності: особистісно-мотиваційний, змістовий, операційний. У статті розглянуто питання оцінювання сформованості готовності до діяльності. Для цього виділено критерії сформованості готовності майбутніх економістів до професійної діяльності засобами ІКТ (когнітивно-пізнавальний, діяльнісний, мотиваційно-орієнтаційний), що розписані за відповідними показними, та чотири рівні сформованості готовності (низький, середній, достатній, високий).

The problem of formation of readiness for professional activity in the article is considered. The essence of this category is revealed. The components of readiness of the future economist for professional activity are highlighted: personality-motivational, substantive, operational. The questions of evaluation of the formation of preparedness for activity in the article are considered. The criteria for the formation of readiness for professional activity by means of ICT (cognitive, activity, motivational-orientation) for this purpose are highlighted. Criteria are painted on the corresponding oscillating. There are four levels of readiness (low, medium, sufficient, high). Formation of readiness of future specialists for professional activity is an actual problem of modern science and practice. Among indicators of the readiness of the future economist to professional activity, we focus on the main: awareness of the main areas of application of ICT in the economic sector, in their own professional activities; awareness of the need to introduce the latest ICTs; Awareness in modern ICT tools.
