Просторові показники землекористування в Карпатському регіоні України

Abstract

Проаналізовано структуру земельних ресурсів Карпатського регіону та в межах населених пунктів, зміни у розподілі земельного фонду між землевласниками, землекористувачами за період незалежності України, запропоновано використовувати в якості просторового показника землекористування забезпеченість земельними угіддями в розрахунку на одного користувача

The structure of the Carpathian region includes; Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpatya, Chernivtsi regions, which by physical geographic zone partially cover Poliskiy and West Ukrainian region. Agricultural (50.6 %) and forest(41.6 %) lands dominate in the structure of land fund. Region differs by the little indication of tilled soil area (30.00 %), and tillage of Transcarpathian region is the lowest in Ukraine (15.7 %). Forestation of the region is nearly 40 %, that is in 2.4 times larger than nationwide number. Long period of economic development of the region territory lends to the formation within it's settling extensive network that covers 22.8% of areas of the region. The territory of settlements is characterized by high rate of the development of agricultural (77.3 %) and tilled soil (48.6%), and the part of built-up lands within their limits is 15.1 %. The uniqueness and originality of natural conditions led to the allocation within the region of 65 areas of natural reserved, 188 heath, 720recreation and 183 historic and cultural significance. For investigation of the current state of land spatial, law, economical and ecological indexes were used. Realization of land reform leds to the transfer of 71.2% of agricultural land to the ownership of citizens, and 13.3 % to the agricultural enterprises. However availability of spatial resources of citizens is low. The highest indicators of the indicators of the resource area are characterized by agricultural enterprises organization and environmental purposes. More people use of agricultural lands for commodity production and private sector. Structure of land resources of Carpathian region and within settlements, changes in the distribution of land fund between landowners, land users during the period of independence of Ukraine are analyzed, it is recommended to use for spatial characteristics of land use provision with lands grounds per one land user.
