Роль інвестицій у розвитку туристичного комплексу регіону

Abstract

У статті досліджено характерні риси сучасних інвестиційних процесів у туристичному комплексі Закарпатської області. Проведена аналіз туристичної галузі регіону, а також наведена динаміка показників розвитку туризму за останні роки. Розкрито напрями підвищення інвестиційної привабливості туристичних закладів регіону. Проаналізовано інвестиції пропозиції розвитку туристичної галузі в розрізі адміністративних районів Закарпатської області. Виділено заклади та території які залучено до реалізації інвестиційних проектів

В статье изучено характерные черты современных инвестиционных процессов в туристическом комплексе Закарпатской области. Проведены характеристики туристической сферы региона и динамика показателей развития туризма за последние годы. Выделены направления повышения инвестиционной привлекательности туристических предприятий региона. Проанализированы инвестиционные предложения относительно развития туристической сферы в разрезе административных районов Закарпатской области. Выделены организации и территории, которые вовлекаются в реализацию инвестиционных проектов.

This article explores the characteristics of modern investment processes in the tourism sector of the Transcarpathian region. Cross-border location, beautiful landscapes, rich cultural and historical resources, ethnic traditions and ecological stability, extensive network of tourist facilities, developed transport infrastructure determined that tourist industry is priority in Transcarpathia. The analysis of the tourism industry of the region has been done. It has been found that 328 sanatoria, tourist and recreational and hotel facilities can take more than 20 thousand tourists. It has been given the dynamics of indicators of tourism development in recent years. It has been determined that to provide high quality of services tourist facilities need to reconstruct the material resources, which is possible through fund-raising Ukrainian and foreign investors. It has been analyzed that foreign direct investment in land was 30.4 million USA. In particular, investments worth 17.6 million dollars were involved in the development of tourism and recreational infrastructure of the region, 57 tourist and recreational objects were built (reconstructed) and commissioned. Ways to improve the investment attractiveness of tourist facilities in the region have been analyzed. For this purpose the Catalogue of investment proposals has been developed, which includes the most attractive and promising investment projects. Investment proposals resumed development of tourism infrastructure of the region. Modern sanatorium complex "Thermal-Star," "Carpathia", "Constellation", "Mountain Tisa", "Synyak", tourist and recreational and hotel-restaurant complex "Renaissance", "Boholvar" "Voyevodino", "Unhvarskyy" and others were constructed .
