Психологічні аспекти проблеми взаємозв’язку релігійної активності та суб’єктивного благополуччя

Abstract

У статті аналізується проблема неоднозначності взаємозв’язку релігійної активності особистості та її суб’єктивного благополуччя, а також описуються результати емпіричного дослідження. Обґрунтовується поняття «суб’єктивне благополуччя», розглядаються основні його психологічні складові. За результатами емпіричного дослідження виокремлено чотири підгрупи респондентів: з низьким, нижчим за середній, вищим за середній та високим рівнями релігійної активності. Представники відповідних підгруп порівнюються за основними компонентами їх суб’єктивного самопочуття та рівня задоволеності базовими аспектами життя.

В статье анализируется проблема неоднозначности взаимосвязи религиозной активности личности и ее субъективного благополучия, а также описываются результаты эмпирического исследования. Обосновывается понятие «субъективное благополучие», рассматриваются основные его психологические составляющие. На основе результатов эмпирического исследования выделено четыре подгруппы респондентов: с низким, ниже среднего, выше среднего и высоким уровнями религиозной активности. Представители соответствующих подгрупп сравниваются по основным компонентам их субъективного самочувствия и уровня удовлетворенности базисными аспектами жизни.

n this article there are analyzed ambiguity problems of interconnection of religious activity and subjective wellbeing, described the results of relevant empirical research. In particular, the notion of “subjective well-being” is substantiated, and considered its main psychological components. According to the results of empirical research there were distinguished four subgroups of respondents: with low, below average, above average and high levels of religious activity. Representatives of relevant subgroups are compared by the main components of their subjective well-being (state of health) and the level of satisfaction with basic aspects of life. In general, there is stated a positive level of subjective well-being of the researched Ukrainians (but they can often have stress, take too much care of their work/studying, realize problems, that spoil the mood, as well as doubts about the satisfaction with their holiday and the level of material well-being); however, respondents identified an overall assessment of their own religious activity as irregular (with the exception of an act of prayer to God, which is done more often). Among subgroups of respondents with different levels of religious activity showed no statistically significant differences in almost all indicators of subjective (or rather emotional) well-being, except the worrying about their own work/studying, that is more characteristic for those with lower levels of the corresponding activity. As for measures of subjective satisfaction with different aspects of life, it is stated statistically significant differences among the subgroups it the following areas: work / studying, relationships with family, food, communication, life perspectives (for persons with higher religious activity).
